This Privacy Policy explains how Invest in Realty (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data on embassyvillabangalore.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Invest in Realty is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us.

1. What we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us: name, mobile number, email address (optional) and the project you are interested in.
  • Your consent record: whether you agreed to be contacted, the page you enquired from and the date and time.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google may also collect usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive data such as identity documents, bank details or passwords through this website.

2. Why we use it

We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for: to reply to your enquiry by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp, share project information, price sheets and floor plans, and arrange site visits. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our form.

3. Who we share it with

  • The developer of the project you ask about, only when needed to arrange a site visit or booking at your request.
  • Service providers who help us run this website and our communication: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google (email and, if you accept, analytics) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us. They process data for us and not for their own purposes, except as described in their own policies.
  • Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in touch with you about a property, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or the law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete it.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  • withdraw your consent at any time; we will stop contacting you and stop using your data, though this does not affect anything done before you withdrew;
  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data;
  • raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

6. Security

The website runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data in our system is limited to our team. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

7. Children

This website is meant for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
